With regards to 61-2686 The crash occurred at Winder Ga. shortly after noon. CW-4 Phil Parish was administering a check ride to 1LT Michael Bishop.  Mr. Parish was administering the last procedure for the check ride (engine failure on takeoff low altitude low airspeed).

At approximately 200' AGL Mr. Parish cut #1 however due to the temperature and DA the aircraft would not respond and began to roll inverted. 1LT Bishop ejected on command (using the lower handle) as the airplane rolled through 90 degrees. At the same time that Bishop pulled his handle, Parish pulled the upper handle on his seat. However the delay from the upper handle allowed the airplane to roll completely inverted at the time of Mr. Parish's ejection.   Bishop escaped with minor scratches but Mr. Parish slammed into the ground prior to chute deployment.
